About Me

Welcome to this website.  Allow me to give you a short introduction of myself and my time spent in Jurong area so that you gain some understanding of my background and have confidence that I can deliver results.  

My name is William.  I have been in the real estate industry since January 2012 and specialises primarily in commercial/ industrial units in Paya Lebar area as well as residential units in Jurong area.  

How well do I know Jurong area?  

I pursued my secondary education at Yuhua Secondary (Jurong West Street 42) in the 1990s and my parents have been living around Jurong West Street 25 since 2000.  After I got married, I moved out, got my own place and have been living around Jurong West Street 64 for the last 10 years.  My parents-in-law live along Jurong West Street 81, while my children attend primary school and childcare in Jurong.  

In essence, I am perhaps one of the few people who have grown up in this area and my family members and I have continued to work, live, play, study here.

13.  Provide a Customized Home Search Plan for locating the right property for you, only showing you properties that will best meet your needs and in accordance with Fair Housing regulations and ethical real estate practices.


14. Use the most comprehensive database of listings in the area, to help you find the home that best meets your needs, whether that be the Multiple Listing Service and/or other methods.

  Use my knowledge and expertise to promote the most valuable purchase on your behalf. I will assist you in evaluating the market value of properties that are of interest to you and help you obtain the most advantageous price and terms.
